About Installation of our Hardwood Floors

Who will provide installation?
When you purchase from Breeze Wood you maintain complete control over who completes your installation.  We do not have installers nor do we contract out installation.  
However, we can provide you with contact information for reputable and experienced independent installers whom our past customers have recommended.  This is often advantageous to the customer since they are not required to purchase the flooring "supplied and installed" for a blended price.

What do installers charge?
All installers are independent vendors who set their own prices. This enables the customer to contact numerous installers (if they wish) to seek out the installer they wish to work with, and seek the best value.  After discussing the job with you installers will generally quote you a price either over the telephone, or during a no obligation site visit to your home.

Installation note for floors wider than 20 feet:
To minimize expansion on floors wider than 20 feet, more or less spacing between rows may be needed, depending on the geographical area, interior climate control and time of the year.
Where more spacing is required: Use a washer or removable spacer to leave additional space every few rows and/or start in the center of the room and work out to both sides. Word of caution: Do not use spacers that may cause damage to the flooring.
